IPdrum is a young Norwegian technology company, supplying innovative hardware and software to the fast growing market for mobile internet telephony.
IP VoiceLink is a GSM/VoIP gateway that enables users to make and receive Skype calls on ordinary mobile phones. Launched in November 2006, the product became commercially available in December same year.

Between January 2004 and August 2005, I operated as a Business Strategies Consultant in Nairobi, Kenya, through my own company, Biashara Consulting.

- Content development and coaching of an ICRAF Information Management workshop in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, for national information managers from 11 countries under the SEARNET project organization. Subject of the workshop: Internet-based Information Management.

From November 2002 to November 2003, I participated in the AIESEC Make A Difference programme, sponsored by the Norwegian Peace Corps. The program consisted of 3 major parts, being the Fredskorpset course in Intercultural Communication, a traineeship in a Kenyan organization, and public information work upon returning to Norway.
The traineeship was carried out at the Kenya Investment Authority (the called the Investment Promotion Centre), under the Ministry of Trade and Industry. The Kenya Investment Authority is a parastatal whose goal is to promote and facilitate investment in Kenya. My main tasks were:
- Supervision of the IPC computerization program and coaching of KIA employees.
- Developing the long-term IT strategy.
- Participating as a board member at the e-Kenya Initiative (by the Ministry of Trade and Industry), in charge of developing the business model.
