Mombasa

Once the capital of British East Africa and before that a Portuguese-held colony for centuries, Mombasa in Kenya is today a vibrant tourist paradise with splendid beaches both in the North and the South. Loaded with Swahili culture, exotic food traditions and historic sites, this is one of East Africa’s most popular tourist destinations.
