My interests

Traveling.
- I am addicted to traveling. I've been to most countries in Western and Central Europe. For the past few years, I've done some extensive travelling in Africa, visiting places like Egypt, Ethiopia, Zanzibar and South Africa. I've also been around in most parts of Kenya - the country where I spent the past 3 years of my life.
Acting.
- For as long as I can remember, I have always loved the art of acting. In school, I always had some central role whenever there was a school play. When I lived in Brussels, for the first time I got the opportunity to play in a real theatre group, and to perform at a real theatre. The group was called Théâtre de l'Astrolabe and the play was called Le timide au palais, by Tirso de Molina.
- 10 years later, when in Kenya, I acted at the Kenya National Theatre, in Sarafina - a musical about the liberation fight in South Africa and the revolts in Soweto in the 70s.
- After acting in Sarafina, I was also requested to act in a show at Kenya Broadcasting (KBC), called Reflections. It is the most popular locally-produced TV show in the country. Dagbladet, a Norwegian newspaper wrote a story about me acting in the show. The story can be found on this link.
- In the movie White Maasai, I am also appearing in 4 scenes, as an extra.
Politics.
- In 1993, I joined the Norwegian Young Conservatives. Since then, I have spent considerable amounts of time and resources with the conservative party and the pro-European movement in Norway.

Hunting and fishing.
- I'm a passionate hunter. There's a place about 4 hours north Steinkjær called Namsskogan, where my family has been hunting for generations. That's where you'll find me at the beginning of the hunting season.
