Sri Lanka means the Resplendent Island, a fitting name for this Paradise on Earth. This vibrant cultural melting pot in the Indian Ocean has it all, with its rich cultural history, stunning sceneries, lush nature and some of the friendliest people you will ever meet! Don’t forget a uniquely spicy local cuisine!
Our action-packed 11-day schedule took us through Sigiriya and Dambulla, Kandy, Galle and finally Colombo, also passing through Koggala and Mirissa. We also visited the Dambulla Cave Temple, and the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic in Kandy.
