Feature story in Dagbladet, one of Norways biggest daily newspapers, in 1995.

My grandfather, Erling Bauck, was a resistance member during World War II, and upon getting arrested, became a political prisoner.

He was held in Nazi captivity from 1942, and was transferred to Auschwitz in in 1944.

This feature story was published in connection with the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz. My grandfather and I traveled to the former extermination camp with two journalists, to revisit the horrors of Adolf Hitler’s murderous regime.
